Hanneman Holiday Residence consists of 7 spacious self-catering apartments with fully equipped kitchen incl: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee-tea making facilities, accessories, washing machine with tumble dryer, spacious living and dining room with flatscreen TV, telephone, internet, ceiling fan, balcony with sitting and dining area.

Air-conditioned bedrooms have large wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet, ceiling fan, safe and private balcony. 4 Duplex with 2-bedrooms 3 Duplex can cater for up to 4 persons and 1 Duplex caters for up to 6 persons; 1 Penthouse with 2-bedrooms caters for up to 4 persons + 1 child; 1 Penthouse with 1-bedroom caters for up to 2 persons + 1 child; 1 Terrace Studio caters for up to 2 persons

Guests who book minimum 3 nights will receive a Starter Pack free of charge containing: Coffee, Tea, Milk, Bread, Butter, Marmalade, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Eggs, Cooking oil, Water. On request Continental breakfast is served at an extra cost, either in the apartment or in the Gazebo which is next to the swimming pool, where Barbeques or small buffets can also be arranged for special occasions.

Hanneman Holiday Residence is a just a short walk to Beau Vallon Beach. Here you will find 3 kilometers of white sand and warm turquoise-blue waters of the Indian Ocean. There is a selection of watersports and dive centres, take-aways and shops, and restaurants serving Creole cuisine such as fresh fish, curries and salads.

For those who enjoy night life a 5 minute drive will take you to a variety of evening entertainment such as a discotheque, casino, folklore and music shows.

The multi-lingual staff speaks English, German, French, Dutch, Afrikaans, Creole as well as some Italian and Spanish.

Terrace Studio - 35m2

Comfortable and cosy studio with air-conditioned bedroom and open-plan kitchenette and lounge, with seperate bathroom. Can accommodate 1 or 2 persons.

Grand elegant 2-bedroom duplex with large open-plan kitchen on ground floor and 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and private terrace on 1st floor. Can accommodate up to 6 persons.

The Duplex consists 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower and 220V razor plus located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and the second bedroom twin beds. Each room has a room safe, aircon, ceiling fan and a private terrace. Downstairs there is a large open-plan fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, spacious living and dining area with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, separate guest toilet, washing machine with integrated tumble dryer, collapsible clothes drying rack and a furnished balcony of 20 sqm catering for outdoor dining and relaxation.
