General Sales Conditions How to book?
Select the type of accommodation you want. Check availability for the dates of your intended stay. Enter the dates with the calendars. Our system will pick up the best rates available according to the length of your stay and the season. As long as a room remains available in its category, the calendar will accept the request. But since there are other booking channels like telephone or fax, we will have to confirm your booking request (somebody else might have taken the last room available in the meantime). In order to garanty your reservation, you will have to pay a deposit by credit card online. For stays up to 3 nights in rooms or suites, the deposit will be equivalent to the amount of the first night of the stay. The balance will be paid when you leave the hotel. For bookings of the apartment, the deposit will be 25% of the total amount of the stay. The balance will be requested at least 3 weeks before the beginning of the stay. How to pay?
We strongly encourage credit card payment. You may use our online system as well as phone or fax. Important: Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we will have received the payment of the deposit. Cancellation policy.
Rooms and suites: cancellation or date changes (according to availability) are possible at no extra cost until 3 days before the initially planned stay. For any cancellation occuring between 3 and 1 day before the intended stay, 50% of the total amount of the stay are due. Cancellation the same day: the total amount is due.
Apartment: cancellation or date changes (according to availability) are possible at no extra cost until 15 days before the initially planned stay. For any cancellation occuring between 14 and 7 days before the intended stay, 50% of the total amount of the stay are due. Cancellation less than 7 days before the initially planned stay: the total amount is due. We strongly recommend a cancellation insurance. Note that if you pay your deposit with a Visa Premier or Mastercard Gold card, a cancellation insurance is most of the time included. Check with your bank. |
