VINEYARD COTTAGE is ideally situated, facing south, surrounded by vineyards and with a panoramic view of Riquewihr. It enjoys the perfect calm of a beautiful, romantic garden. Extending from the kitchen is an attractive shaded patio, equipped with a barbecue and a table for 6 people to take advantage of the fine weather.
At the bottom of the garden you will find a small wood-built pool (1.30m deep) suitable for children and deckchairs to enjoy the hot sunshine.
The cottage has private parking for 2 cars with an automatic gate.
On the ground floor, the house opens onto a large living room and dining room, overlooking the valley to one side and the lush garden to the other. A 3.80m high timber beam ceiling, ancient stone walls, checkerboard floor tiles and a huge baroque crystal chandelier, give it unrivalled charm.
And in order not to break the spell with the arrival of cool nights, there is a 13th-century open fireplace to warm the atmosphere.
The lounge is equipped with a large flat screen TV, 102cm, a Naim hi-fi, a DVD, CD and DVD player and a web connection.
The dining room has a table for 6 people, with a second kitchen table for 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, a large oven, a microwave grill, a gas hotplate and a Nespresso coffee machine.
At the same level is a small bedroom with a canopy bed, luxury bedding and a flat screen TV.

At the centre of the upper Mezzanine floor is a large double bed 2x90cm, a flat-screen TV, and dressing-room. On demand, an extra 90cm bed is available.
The cottage has reversible air conditioning.
